Real-World Experience
Where It Becomes Natural.
Training happens in real classroom settings — primarily in daycares and preschools, or at our FLYoga Studio. This is not a simulated environment. These are real children, real moments, and real learning.
Watch how experienced teachers move through a class. Learn through presence.
Step in gradually. Support the lead teacher. Begin to feel the rhythm of the room.
Take parts, then full classes. Receive feedback. Ask questions. Grow.
Mentorship Structure

Progress here is measured by depth, not duration. You move forward when you’re ready — not when a calendar says so. Most teachers complete the full mentorship within approximately two months.
- Write your class plans and receive personal feedback from Ofrit
- Demonstrate consistent alignment with the Yoga@Play approach and method
- When ready, receive your Yoga@Play Teacher Acknowledgment — a meaningful invitation into teaching under the Yoga@Play name
