Where training becomes teaching.
You've completed your Yoga@Play certification. For those who feel aligned — and who are invited — there's a next step. This is where your teaching becomes confident, embodied, and truly yours.
What this is
A mentorship. Not a course.
You won't learn from a workbook. You'll learn by being in the room — watching, assisting, and eventually leading with your own voice, in real classrooms with real children.
Real classrooms
You'll practice in daycares, preschools and the FLYoga Studio — real environments with real children, not a peer-teaching exercise.
Observation first
Before you teach, you watch experienced Yoga@Play teachers work — how they hold a room, recover a moment, and read a child.
Personal feedback
Direct guidance from Ofrit after your classes. Specific, honest, and about your teaching — not a generic rubric.
Your own voice
The goal isn't to teach like Ofrit. It's to grow into the presence that's already yours, with the method underneath it.
The teaching lab
Where it becomes natural.
Three stages, in order. You move to the next one when you're ready for it — not when a calendar says so.
Observe
Watch experienced teachers in action. Notice the pacing, the transitions, the small decisions that never appear in a manual.
Assist & co-teach
Support the room, then gradually step in. You lead a section, then a half, with someone beside you the whole time.
Lead
Take full classes on your own, with feedback afterwards. This is the part where it stops being practice.
The path
Experience-based. Not time-based.
Seventeen classes in total. Most teachers complete the full mentorship in about two months — but readiness sets the pace, not the clock.
Finish sooner or take longer — both are fine. Nobody is pushed into leading before they're ready.
Investment
Simple, honest pricing.
One number. And you get it back.
We return your $150 investment after your first 30 days of teaching.
The investment isn't about the money — it's about commitment. Once you're teaching, it comes back to you.

A note on alignment
Certification lets you teach anywhere.
"Becoming a Yoga@Play Teacher means something different. It means choosing to grow within this specific method — to represent the Yoga@Play approach in the world."
— Ofrit Gal Barash, Founder, Yoga@PlayFrom our graduates
What happens after the certificate
"Doing the training was life-changing! Today in my yoga class, after our Namaste song, I was told 'I love you' by 10 little voices who gave me hugs. What other job does that!?"
— Virginia Jennings, Mom & Music Teacher"From the first time I saw Ofrit teach, I knew I wanted to learn from her. My self-confidence has grown and I've really opened up in my classes. If you're considering teaching kids' yoga — look no further."
— Leslie, Graduate"The training was transformative — incredibly impactful and informative, and Ofrit is incredible. It was one of the best experiences I've had, both personally and professionally."
— Tamar, Mom & Former TeacherQuestions
Before you begin
How do I know if I'm invited?
Invitations are extended during certification. If you're reading this page, it's because something during your training told us — and you — that this is your path. If you're unsure whether you've been invited, just ask.
When exactly do I get the $150 back?
We return the full $150 once you've completed your first 30 days of teaching.
How long does the mentorship take?
Most teachers complete all 17 classes in about two months. It's experience-based rather than time-based, so you can move faster or slower — you progress when you're ready, not on a fixed schedule.
Do I need to complete the Teacher Training Academy first?
Yes. The mentorship is for certified Yoga@Play teachers only — it's the bridge between certification and confident classroom practice, not a substitute for the training itself.
Where will I be teaching?
In daycares, preschools and the FLYoga Studio in Penn Valley — real environments with real children, alongside teachers who already know the room.
