A Mentorship. Not a Course.
This is a mentorship and real-world teaching experience designed to support you as you begin working with children. You won't learn from a workbook. You'll learn by being in the room — watching, assisting, and eventually leading with your own voice. This is where the training you've received becomes something you carry naturally.
Practice teaching in real environments — daycares, preschools, and our FLYoga Studio — with real children.
Watch experienced Yoga@Play teachers in action. Learn through presence before you step in.
Receive direct, personal guidance from Ofrit throughout every stage of your mentorship.

The Teaching Lab
Where It Becomes Natural.
Training happens in real classroom settings — primarily in daycares, preschools, or at our FLYoga Studio. These are real children, real moments, and real learning.
Watch how experienced teachers move through a class. Learn through presence before you say a word.
Step in gradually. Support the lead teacher. Begin to feel the rhythm of the room and the energy of children.
Take parts, then full classes. Receive feedback. Ask questions. Step into your role with confidence.
The Path
Experience-Based. Not Time-Based.
Progress is measured by depth, not duration. Most teachers complete the full mentorship within approximately two months.
- Write your class plans and receive personal feedback from Ofrit
- Demonstrate consistent alignment with the Yoga@Play approach and method
- When ready, receive your Yoga@Play Teacher Acknowledgment — a meaningful invitation into teaching under the Yoga@Play name
