One weekend.
A new calling.
The Kids Yoga Teacher Training Academy is a weekend-long intensive at our Penn Valley studio — everything you need to walk into a room of children and teach the Yoga@Play way.
What the weekend covers
In one intensive weekend you learn the complete Yoga@Play method — built over a decade in real classrooms, and designed so you can use it the moment your training ends.
Certification is the outcome. Confidence is the goal.

The method
Age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness — what works at 2, what works at 5, and why.
Teaching through play
Teaching through stories, games and music, so children learn without ever being lectured.
Real classroom tools
Transitions, energy, big feelings — the practical skills that set you up for success, leading fun and successful kids yoga classes.
One weekend. Everything included. Tuition for the weekend-long training is $895 — your certification, the full Yoga@Play method, and the start of everything that follows.
Our graduates come from every direction
What they share isn't a résumé — it's a love of children and a pull toward this work.
"Doing the training was life-changing! Today in my yoga class, after our Namaste song, I was told 'I love you' by 10 little voices who gave me hugs. What other job does that!?"
— Virginia Jennings, Mom & Music Teacher"From the first time I saw Ofrit teach, I knew I wanted to learn from her. My self-confidence has grown and I've really opened up in my classes. If you're considering teaching kids' yoga — look no further."
— Leslie, Graduate"The training was transformative — incredibly impactful and informative, and Ofrit is incredible. One of the best experiences I've had, both personally and professionally."
