Family Yoga and Play
A joyful space to move, play, and connect — together.
Family Yoga and Play is a heart-centered yoga experience designed for caregivers and children of all ages and abilities. Whether this is your very first yoga class or you’ve been practicing for years, you are welcome here just as you are. Our classes are playful, kind, and inclusive, creating a space where movement, mindfulness, and connection grow naturally through shared experience.
Together, you and your child will explore fun yoga poses, engaging mindfulness activities, imaginative games, and partner poses that encourage teamwork and trust. Each class also includes time to slow down, relax, and unwind side by side — strengthening your bond while nurturing calm and confidence.
There’s no pressure to be perfect, flexible, or quiet. Laughter is welcome. Wiggles are expected. Participation, presence, and play are what matter most.

Meet Your Instructor
J.D. brings a heart full of creativity and a lifelong love of movement to the Yoga@Play family. A dedicated father and natural storyteller, he believes play and mindfulness go hand in hand — for kids and grown-ups alike. Drawing on his background in hospitality, leadership, coaching, and personal development, J.D. invites students to explore courage, curiosity, and connection both on and off the mat. His classes remind us that when we lead with presence and heart, we truly learn to soar.

- The price covers one child and one caregiver
- Each additional child or adult is $10 per session
Other Things to Know
Adult Participation is Required
Caregivers are encouraged to join in fully — connecting with their inner child and sharing the experience alongside their kids. When adults participate and have fun, children feel more confident, curious, and empowered to explore and learn.
