What Is FLYoga?
FLYoga is our signature aerial yoga program—the natural evolution of over a decade of bringing yoga to children. Born from the success of Yoga@Play in schools and communities, FLYoga offers a dedicated studio space where kids (ages 5+) go deeper through aerial exploration.

Yoga@Play is home to many magical practices—from kids’ yoga and storytelling to mindfulness and community. FLYoga is the part of us that flies: our aerial yoga experience designed to uplift, expand, and deepen movement, embodiment, and confidence.
Where ordinary yoga meets the floor, FLYoga meets the air. It invites you to swing, suspend, stretch, and rediscover your breath from new angles. It’s still Yoga@Play in heart and mission—but with a vertical twist that lets you explore gravity, courage, and trust.
