Yoga within the pre-school setting has grown at a fast pace in the United States over the past decade. This is largely because of the collaborative efforts of different child-yoga and mindfulness training organizations that are proving through research that yoga leads to positive behavior and physical and mental well-being of children. Children who yoga learn to relax, concentrate, reduce impulsiveness and are better able to manage emotional upsets
